Grassolind dressing

Dressing with ointment with no drug content, wide mesh mesh, air permeable and exudate; impregnated with neutral ointment. The thick layer of ointment resists, even in the case of wounds with high level of exudation.
Grassolind can be easily cut, being effective in the case of long-term use; does not sensitize or promote allergies.
The ointment contains:
White Vaseline, fatty acid esters, carbonate and bicarbonate diglycerol, synthetic wax.
Cotton tulle impregnated with fat, anhydrous, paraffin based. The tulle allows the exudate to pass through the mesh of its net in the absorbent dressing above, preventing maceration. The fatty substance preserves the edges of the soft wound, stimulating the formation of granulation tissue and epithelialization and preventing the adhesion of the wound dressing. The dressing can be changed without pain and without destroying the granulation tissue and the newly formed epithelium.
